This service is for you if you’ve settled on a destination but you need help coordinating logistics or finding activities that will make the trip unforgettable.
Once we’ve settled on a destination, we’ll assemble a zesty, practical and meticulously planned itinerary!
03 Scouting Trip
We will scout the destination and vendors before your trip so the event flows seamlessly.
04 Event Facilitation
We delight our guests during the trip ensuring everything goes just right.

Destination evaluation
This service is for you if you haven’t yet settled on a location to host your getaway. Our team will vet out 3 compelling locations and deliver a comprehensive pro/con list evaluating:
Effort to get to the destination
Ease with which you can move around the destination once there
Availability of appropriate accommodation
Quality of amenities: Services and activities aligned to the event
Ability to stay within budget
Ability to inspire: What about the destination will make people go from “sounds fun!” to “booked!”

Itinerary Planning
This service is for you if you’ve settled on a destination but need help coordinating logistics or finding activities that will make the trip unforgettable.
All itineraries include:
Accommodation recommendation and booking
Transportation coordination and booking
A vetted vendor list for group activities and excursions
Coordination of meals: Daily recommendations for breakfast/lunch/dinner
Advisement on event flow: Where should you build in free time? Are you giving enough time between events? Is the schedule cohesive?

Scouting Trip

Now all that’s left to do is get on site to ensure everything is as we imagine.
We’ll embark on an action packed trip to familiarize ourselves with the destination, connect with vendors, and dry run the itinerary. The goal is to iron out any hiccups before clients are in location and provide peace of mind for you, the host.
We will gain familiarity with the area, ensuring everything runs smoothly the day of. Familiarity with the area will also allow us to make recommendations for attendees during their free time.
Please Note: you do not have to be present for the scouting trip if your schedule does not allow.

Retreat facilitation
This service is for you if you require an extra set of hands
(ears, mouth, brain, email responder!) to facilitate the trip itself.
Think of Monarch & Swift as your assistant leading up to the
event, and as a cofacilitator during the event!.
We play an active role in facilitating a well-run affair. We will manage the days schedule, keeping participants on time. We will ensure attendees always know where they need to be, what they need to bring, and who they’re meeting with.
We serve as point of contact for vendors. You don’t have to manage all communication alone.
We attend all events on the itinerary, so you aren’t the only person entertaining and fielding questions! This includes meals, activities, transport, and group activities.
